Paul Mullin has been a sensation at Wrexham. As we all know Wrexham is in Wales and is also Wales oldest football club which predates the Welsh football association. However, is Paul Mullin Welsh? Can Paul Mullin play for Wales?

Can Paul Mullin play for Wales? Paul Mullin can play for Wales due to his grandmother being Welsh. However, Mullin got called up to England C in 2022 but pulled out before the game.

Fifa have a rule whereby if you, your parents or your grandparents where born in a certain territory, then you have the right to play for that nations team, if selected.

Has Paul Mullin played for England?

Paul Mullin was called up play for England C, which is a football team that represents England and can only be made up of Non-League players. England C was going to play Wales however, Mullin pulled out a few days prior to the game with a slight injury issue (or maybe he just wanted to make sure he played for Wales one day!).
